I have tried to find a good dentist office in Palm Beach for 5 years. I was looking for a dentist that was truthful, skillful and had precision in their work. I have found that in Integrity Dental with Dr. Ravi & Dr. Kapoor. I had a crown 25 years ago that was too large in Chicago. I recently realized that it may have been causing the change in my smile. I tried to get Dr. Kapoor to get me in Invisalign but he was honest and told me it wouldn’t make much of a difference and my real concern was my crown. Well!! He was right. I have’nt felt happier about how my smile till after today. The work of the techs, administrators and hygienists and all the office staff is impeccable. Thank you so much Dr. Kapoor for bringing back my life. It’s amazing what one change can make. I appreciate everyone at this office. I never write reviews but this was worth it! Can’t wait for my final crown. Thanks again.

Update - after my post, Christine from Integrity called me. She explained that if my insurance doesn’t cover the x-ray, they do not charge me back for it. She explained they take a panoramic x-ray when you’re a new patient in order to get a baseline. I appreciate the time Christine took in calling and explaining this to me. Again, this is what happens when you jump to assumptions. I have a lot of anxiety with the dentist. Dr. Kapoor took the time to make sure I was ok. The staff is great. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they took a panoramic x-ray which I will most likely have to pay for out of pocket as I found out my dental insurance pays for one panoramic x-ray every 3 years. I assumed the staff checked with my insurance company before suggesting the x-ray. I guess that’s what happens when assumptions are made. However, I would have liked more transparency.

I needed an emergency appointment and have never been to a dentist. I was seen right away and the office staff were the kindest, most accommodating I could have asked for. The professionalism of this office went beyond my expectations! So happy I found them!! THANK you for seeing me!

I recently returned to Integrity Dental after going to another dentist only because it was closer to home and convenient for my kids to walk to. I’m so glad I came back. The staff are friendly, professional, and make me feel comfortable every visit. The office is clean, smells great, and there is never a long wait to be seen. Everything is efficient, thorough, and handled with care. Highly recommend!
